Alfie Hewett and Gordon Reid were the two-time defending champions,[1] and successfully defended their Wheelchair Men's Doubles tennis title at the 2019 US Open, defeating Gustavo Fernández and Shingo Kunieda in the final, 1–6, 6–4, [11–9].
