2020 Asian Men's Junior Handball Championship
The 2020 Asian Men's Junior Handball Championship will be 17th edition of the championship to be held from 20 to 29 March 2021 at Manama, Kingdom of Bahrain under the aegis of Asian Handball Federation (AHF).[1][2] It will be second time in history that championship will be organised by the Bahrain Handball Federation (BHF). It also acts as the qualification tournament for the 2021 Men's Junior World Handball Championship. Top four teams from the championship will directly qualify for the Junior World Championship to be held in Hungary.

The championship was previously awarded to Islamic Republic of Iran Handball Federation and was scheduled to take place in Shiraz, I. R. Iran firstly from 10 to 21 July 2020 and then from 6 to 15 October 2020 but was postponed both times due to COVID-19 pandemic.[3] [4] In January 2021, AHF Executive Committee decided to move the event from I. R. Iran due to COVID-19 restrictions in the country and awarded the event to Bahrain Handball Federation.
Draw
The schedule of draw will be announced soon by the Asian Handball Federation.
Seeding
Teams were seeded according to the AHF COC regulations and rankings of the previous edition of the championship. Teams who had not participated in the previous edition were in Pot 4.
