Adia Benton
Adia Benton is an American cultural and medical anthropologist. She won the 2017 Rachel Carson Prize for her book HIV Exceptionalism: Development Through Disease in Sierra Leone[1] from the Society for Social Studies of Science. She is currently an Assistant Professor of Anthropology and African Studies at Northwestern University.[2]
