Adixen Vacuum Products
Pfeiffer Vacuum SAS (former adixen Vacuum Products) is a French company that manufactures vacuum pumps, leak detectors and plasma sensors. The company was founded in 1952, originally developing products for the nuclear industry and later the semiconductor, automotive and R&D industries.
