ADISA was created as a necessity to provide Albanian citizens with efficient, qualitative and transparent public services. The agency's main task is to establish and administer regional front offices that function as one-stop-shop integrated public service centers for services provided by institutions and agencies of the central and local governments, conforming to the legislation in force or relevant agreements.[1]
