The American College of Norway (commonly referred to as ACN) is a private liberal arts college located in Moss, Norway. It was founded in 1990 by Dr. Steinar Opstad and is the only American institution of higher education in Norway. It is run in association with the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks, North Dakota.
