Anaerostipes

Anaerostipes is a Gram positive and anaerobic bacterial genus from the family of Lachnospiraceae.[1][2][3] Anaerostipes occurs in the human gut.[4] Anaerostipes may protect against colon cancerin humans by producing butyric acid.[5]
