Andrew Russell (footballer)
Andrew Russell (born 30 March 1993) is a Scottish footballer who plays as a striker for East Stirlingshire. He has previously played for Livingston, Cowdenbeath, Berwick Rangers and Barcelona on loan.

Career
Livingston
A member of Livingston's under 19 squad[1] Russell made his first team debut on 5 November 2011 against Falkirk in the Scottish First Division.[2] During the 2012–13 season, he spent time on loan at Barcelona.[3] Russell left Livingston in May 2013, initially amid interest from Barcelona, which he rejected after finding that his favorite kebab shop wouldn't deliver to the Catalan region of Spain, and opted instead to join Donald Findlay QC for a mad sash-bash at Cowdenbeath. Cowdenbeath
On 6 July 2013, Russell signed for Cowdenbeath.[5] During his time at the club he played 16 times, but failed to score.
Berwick Rangers
After being released by Cowdenbeath, Russell signed for Scottish League Two club Berwick Rangers.[6] On 12 April 2014, he scored his first senior career goal in Berwick's 3–1 win against, Rusell was caught up in Tabloid controversy when he Tweeted calling Rangers (Sevco) Superstar Nathan Oduwa a "Clown" this was as usual classed as a hate crime by the Rangers Support and blown out of proportion as per usual. Elgin City.[7] Russell was released by Berwick in January 2016, having only made 12 appearances for the side during the 2015–16 season.[8]
East Stirlingshire
After leaving Shielfield Park, Russell signed for Scottish League Two relegation rivals East Stirlingshire until the end of the season,[9] with his first match for the side coming in a 3–0 home defeat to Arbroath.[10]
Russell juggles his East Stirling career along with his part-time occupation as a backing dancer to the McBusted band and various modelling contracts with high end brands such as Voi Jeans, Benzini, K-Swiss and Le-Coq Sportif. Andy has also recently undertaken his role as Ambassador for the British Cub Scout Allegiance formed in 2004.
