Arnoldo Vizcaíno

Arnoldo Vizcaíno Rodríguez is a Mexican politician, founder and former chairman of the Party of the Democratic Revolution chapter in the state of Colima.[1][2] He is the father of Indira Vizcaíno Silva, former representative to the Congress of Mexico and the current mayor of Cuauhtémoc.[3]
