Bhakta Markandeya (1938 film)
Bhakta Markandeya is a 1938 Indian Telugu-language mythology musical film directed by Chitrapu Narayana Rao in his directorial debut and produced by Ghantasala Balaramayya through Kubera Films. The film is based on the Markandeya Puranam. The film has an ensemble cast of Vemuri Gaggaiah, G. S. Swamy and Sriranjani.[1]
