Boy Girl Dog Cat Mouse Cheese (French: Boy Girl, etc.) is an American-French-Irish animated television series developed from an original concept by Jeff Harter, and is an international co-production between Cloudco Entertainment, WatchNext Media, and Kavaleer Productions,[3] and produced with the participation of Gulli, Canal J, the BBC, RTÉ and De Agostini Editore S.p.A..[4] The show originally premiered in the United Kingdom on CBBC on 31 October 2019.

The show centers around a boy, a girl, a dog, a cat, a mouse, and a piece of cheese, all respectively named after what they are, who live together. In June 2019, the series was renewed for a second season.[5][2][6] The second season premiered in the UK on CBBC on 15 June 2020.

Characters

Main

• Boy (voiced by Justin Michael) is an anxious boy. He is the oldest and tries to be the most mature of the group, but finds himself at odds with his unique siblings.
• Girl (voiced by Alyson Leigh Rosenfeld) is a rambunctious, rebellious, girl. She is close to Boy, but challenges his authority.
• Dog (voiced by Justin Anselmi) is a male dog.
• Cat (voiced by Erica Schroeder) is a female cat who behaves bizarrely and possesses unique abilities. Cat rarely talks.
• Mouse (voiced by Abe Goldfarb) is a male mouse. He is intelligent and rational.
• Cheese (voiced by Erica Schroeder) is a female anthropomorphic piece of cheese. She is very dramatic and a diva. She enjoys throwing parties and writing fantasy novels.
