Carlos Zatarain González

Carlos Ernesto Zatarain González (born 21 August 1961) is a Mexican politician from the Sonora. From 2006 to 2009 he served as Deputy of the LX Legislature of the Mexican Congress representing Sonora.[1] Before that, he was municipal president of Guaymas from 2003 to 2006.
