Cheesymite scroll
A cheesymite scroll is an Australian baked-food item commonly found at Bakers Delight[1] and Brumby's[2] bakeries. It consists of a spiral of baked bread similar to a pain aux raisins with vegemite and cheese in place of raisins.[3] Cheesymite scrolls are available for purchase at various chain bakeries and supermarkets[4] and are also homebaked.[5] The Cheesymite was first made in 1994.[6]
