Chunithm
Chunithm[1] is an arcade rhythm game developed and published by Sega. It was demoed first in some Japanese arcades in November 2014,[2][3] and was officially released on 16 July 2015.[4] The game's title of Chunithm is a portmanteau of "chūnibyō"[5] and "rhythm".[3]
Gameplay
In Chunithm, players use touch and motion-based sensor bars to input commands that correspond to the notes scrolling down from the top of the screen. Depending on the type of note, players may be required to tap, hold, or slide their fingers against the bottom sensor bar or wave their hands in the air between the sensors located on either side of the machine. There are seven types of notes.
The first version of Chunithm to be released outside of Japan, Chunithm Super Star, is expected to be released at certain dates at different countries. The estimated launch dates and its countries/areas are:
- Singapore: 26 November 2020
- Taiwan: 27 November 2020
- Hong Kong: 2 December 2020
- Macau: 3 December 2020 [6]
