Denis Andriamandroso
Denis A. H. Andriamandroso is a former Malagasy diplomat who served as Ambassador to Germany and South Africa.[1] He was educated at the University of Paris III: Sorbonne Nouvelle, the Technical University of Berlin, and graduated from the University of East Anglia with a PhD in 1997.[2]
