Dimitar Rumenchev
Dimitar Atanassov Rumenchev (15 April 1919 Plovdiv, Bulgaria - 21 March 1993[1]) was a Bulgarian international football referee.[2]
Career
He was member of FIFA in 1966–74. He officiated six international matches. He refereed a group stage match in World Cup 1966,[3] two EURO qualifying 1964 (1), 1968 (1)[4] and others were in friendly matches. He also officiated a match in 1968 Olympic Games
In club football he refereed some UEFA competition matches such as Champions League (3), UEFA Cup (1) and Cup Winners Cup (3).[5]
Personal life
He wrote a book in 1973 called Съдийството в съвременния футбол (eng-Refereeing in modern football).[6]
