Dondaicha-Warwade is a town and consists of a municipal council in Sindkheda Taluka in the Dhule District of Khandesh Region in the state of Maharashtra in India.

As of 2011 India census,[1] Dondaicha-Warwade had a population of 46,767. Males constitute 52% of the population and females 48%. Dondaicha-Warwade has an average literacy rate of 71%, higher than the national average of 59.5%: male literacy is 77% and, female literacy is 65%. In Dondaicha-Warwade, 14% of the population is under 6 years of age.
History
This town has a great modern history: there is Municipal Council since British government. The first train came here in year 1905 and it is still a major station on the Surat-Bhusawal railway line. In British government, Britain used this place as go-downs for their trade goods and later it became a main trade centre. It is famous for production and market of chillies.

Administration
Though Dondaicha is not a Taluka place, still there is Municipal Council existing since 1952. On account of its location and population most of the Administrative facility. Educational facilities, Medical facilities, National Banking facilities, Magistrative Court, Nayab Tahasil office, Private Hospital’s and sub District Hospital are also available. Rotary English School is one of the well developed school in Dondaicha. Demographicallyaving mixed population and people are Harmoniously living together.Nayankuwartai Rawal is the current mayor and Ravindra Upadhye is Deputy mayor of the city.

This town is also well known for its good educational facilities. Is a centre place for many of the villages an accessible with easy transport, and has become a basic educational hub in Dhule district. Contribution
Dr. Ravindranath Tongaonkar
- Distinguished Anandibai Joshi Award winner Dr. Rabindranath Tongaonkar lives in Dondaicha.
- He was also closely associated with Dr Narendra Dabholkar’s Maharashtra Andhashraddha Nirmulan Samiti for many years.
- His autobiography "Making of a Rural Surgeon" has been translated into many languages and appreciated by readers at large.
- Dr. Tongaonkar was honoured with many awards among them being the prestigious Dr. Anandibai Joshi award.
- He invented a cost-effective surgery for hernia using a mosquito net for suture.
- He helped cure thousands of patients in rural areas who couldn’t afford expensive surgeries.
- He was a child of a Gandhian parents who participated in freedom struggle.
