Eleni Chatziliadou
Eleni Chatziliadou (Greek: Ελένη Χατζηλιάδου, born July 29, 1993 in Katerini, Greece) is a Greek karateka athlete, and was ranked No. 1 in the world won gold medal in the +68 kg category in 2018 at the Karate World Championships held in Madrid.[1] [2] The same year, she also won a silver medal for Greece, at the 2018 Mediterranean Games and at European karate championships.[3] Born into a karate family where both of her parents were professional karate athletes, while his father Maximos Chatziliadis working as karate instructor and coatch. Eleni began karate classes at the age of six at his father karate school in Katerini, and has long since continued to train there. His father has served the most times as her primary coach. After graduating from Technological Educational Institute of Central Greece (now the University of Thessaly) where she obtained a bachelor's degree in physiotherapy, in 2019 she enrolled in the undergraduate programme of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki School of Medicine.
