Elliot Padfield

Elliot Padfield (born May 17, 2003) is a British teen entrepreneur,[1] investor, and public speaker. Padfield created a business in his early teens, starting his entrepreneurial journey.[2] He is the President of The Invictus Group and a teenage millionaire[3]

Life

Padfield was born in the United Kingdom on May 17, 2003. He is from Maidstone, England where he attended Maidstone Grammar School.[4] He has spoken multiple times on why he believes his education was both a help and hindrance to his early success.[5] By age 15, Padfield had made his first million dollars[3] by starting a cyber security agency that later specialized in maritime security.[6] His early success inspired him to share his story through public speaking. He has spoken on a number of occasions, including for big four accounting firm, Ernst & Young, and think tank Common Vision.[7]

In 2019, Padfield was elected to become the Member of Youth Parliament for Kent for a term of 2 years.[8]

In early 2020, Padfield left secondary school, a year early, to dedicate more time to his growing businesses. During this time, Padfield launched a new investment company, the Invictus Group, which acquired South Florida mailing company, Precision Mailing in March 2020.[9]
