Eusebio Vélez
Eusebio Vélez Mandizábal (28 March 1935 – 16 June 2020) was a professional Spanish cyclist.[2] He finished 2nd in the 1966 Vuelta a España and 3rd in the 1968 Vuelta a España.[3] He also rode in four editions of the Tour de France, two editions of the Giro d'Italia and nine editions of the Vuelta a España.
