Felix Brawner Jr.
Ret. Brig. Gen. Felix A. Brawner Jr. was commander of the Scout Rangers of the Armed Forces of the Philippines during the final years of the Marcos dictatorship. Brawner graduate from the Philippine Military Academy in 1957 at the top of his class.[1][2]

He is the brother of former Court of Appeals Presiding Justice and former Comelec Chairman, the late Romeo A. Brawner.[3]
His nephew is COL Romeo S Brawner Jr (INF) GSC PA, current Chief of Staff of the Philippine Army's 6th Infantry Division.[4]
