Frances Borden
Frances Borden (born 1970) is a British painter based in Devon. She studied at Chelsea College of Arts. She was a prizewinner in the BP Portrait Award on three occasions (1996, 1998 & 2000),[1] and twice in the NatWest Prize for Art (1995 & 1996).[2] Borden won the Wells Art Contemporary Open Prize in 2012.[3]
Frances Borden is the sister of photographer Harry Borden and painter Nicholas Borden.
