Frans Lebu Raya
Frans Lebu Raya (born 18 May 1960 in Adonara, East Nusa Tenggara) is an Indonesian politician who was the 8th Governor of East Nusa Tenggara.[1] In 2013, the people of East Nusa Tenggara elected him for a second term.
