Fred Mwesigye
Rtd Col. Fred Mwesigye is a Ugandan politician, legislator, and former member of the army.[1][2] He is the MP of Nyabushozi County, Kiruhura District and former commander of the UPDF. He was among the 27 liberators in the 1981 Ugandan Bush War.[3][4]
