Gail Katz
Gail Katz is a film, television, and theatrical producer. Katz heads Gail Katz Productions. Katz has worked at New World Pictures, where she was Vice President of Finance, then Vice President of Production. After leaving New World, Katz began producing films, starting with Shattered. She partnered with director Wolfgang Petersen throughout the 1990s and early 2000s, the two directed/produced many films. She has served as CEO of Radiant Productions, and as a founder of Red Cliff Productions. She was an executive producer on the ABC drama/comedy Cashmere Mafia, which Gail Katz Productions produced. She has a B.A. in economics from the University of California at Berkeley and a M.B.A from the Yale School of Management. Katz is currently a Professor at the USC School of Cinematic Arts. Katz was born in Los Angeles and raised in Beverly Hills, California. Katz is Jewish.[1]
