Gary Wheaton

Gary Wheaton is a Canadian-born American businessman and politician. He served in the New Hampshire House of Representatives from December 1, 2010 to April 6, 2011, when he resigned after being twice arrested for driving offenses.[1]

Background

Wheaton grew up in Manchester, New Hampshire. He works in the high-tech business area and served in the United States military.[2]

Political career

Wheaton is a former Republican member of the New Hampshire House of Representatives from Seabrook, New Hampshire.[3] He voluntarily resigned his seat after an arrest for speeding and operating a motor vehicle after revocation or suspension of driver's license.

Arrest

Wheaton was arrested for a second offense of speeding and driving on a suspended license. He plead guilty to reckless endangerment in 2011.[4][5]
