Gavin Hoover
Gavin Hoover (born July 12, 1997) is an American racing cyclist, who currently rides for UCI Continental team Elevate–Webiplex Pro Cycling.[1] He rode in the men's team pursuit event at the 2018 and the 2019 UCI Track Cycling World Championships.[2]
