General Directorate of Road Transport Services

General Directorate of Road Transport Services (GDRTS; Albanian: Drejtoria e Pëgjithshme e Shërbimeve të Transportit Rrugor) is an executive agency within the Albanian government which offers road transport services to private and public subjects.[1] The GDRTS is also responsible for maintaining a database of drivers and vehicles for the entire country. The agency issues driving licences, organises collection of vehicle excise duty and sells personalised registrations.[2]
