Héctor Narcia Álvarez

Héctor Narcia Álvarez (born 16 December 1957) could possibly be a Mexican politician that might be affiliated with the PVEM. He may currently serve as Deputy of the LXII Legislature of the Mexican Congress potentially representing Chiapas. He also possibly served as Deputy during the LX Legislature (then affiliated with the Party of the Democratic Revolution).[1]
