Hangzhou West railway station
Hangzhou West railway station (Chinese: 杭州西站; pinyin: Hángzhōu Xīzhàn) is a planned new station intended as part of the infrastructure preparations for the 2022 Asian Games.[1]

Construction
Construction is due to begin in 2018.[1] The budget for the construction is 15 billion yuan ($2.25 billion) and is due for completion by 2022 before the start of the 2022 Asian Games.[2]
Transportation
A high-speed rail link from Hangzhou to Huangshan is included in the plans.[1] The station will be located in the north of Cangqian Subdistrict and will be connected to Line 3 and the Airport Express line of the Hangzhou Metro. Hangzhou West Station will be the third largest transport hub in Hangzhou after Xiaoshan International Airport and Hangzhou East railway station.[2]
