Harichandra (1968 film)
Harichandra is a 1968 Indian Tamil-language Hindu mythological film, directed by K. S. Prakash Rao and produced by G. Varalakshmi. The film stars Sivaji Ganesan, G. Varalakshmi, T. S. Balaiah and K. A. Thangavelu in lead roles. The film had musical score by K. V. Mahadevan.[1][2][3]

Plot
Harichandra has never lied to anyone in his life. Viswamithran challenges Rishi that he will make Harichandra to lie. Viswamithran tries various methods to make Harichandra suffer. Harichandra even sells his wife and himself to keep up his words till the end.
