Henry Napier Bruce Erskine
Henry Napier Bruce Erskine (7 September 1831 – 4 December 1893)[1][2] was a Scottish civil servant who served in the Bombay Civil Service, during British rule in the Indian Subcontinent.[3]
He was the Commissioner in Sind from 1879 to 1887.[4]
