High Council of Regency
The High Council of Regency was a political body which ruled the Principality of Albania from 30 January 1920 until 31 January 1925. Its members were:
30 January 1920 - 25 December 1921
- Aqif Pashë Biçaku (to 22 December 1921)
- Luigj Bumçi (to 22 December 1921)
- Abdi Bey Toptani
- Mihal Turtulli
25 December 1921 - 31 January 1925
- Omer Pashë Vrioni (to 22 January 1922)
- Ndoc Pistulli (to 22 January 1922)
- Sotir Peçi
- Refik Bej Toptani
- Xhafer Ypi (from 2 December 1922)
- Gjon Çoba (from 2 December 1922)
From 2 July 1924 until 24 December 1924, Fan Noli was acting head of the High Council.[1]
