Howard Plumb
Howard Plumb (28 August 1971 – 7 July 2014)[1] was a British windsurfer. He competed in the Mistral One Design at the 1996 Summer Olympics.[2] He died as the result of injuries sustained in an accident where he collided with a car while cycling.[1]
