"I'm a Man Not a Boy" is a song written by Nigel Hinton, Chesney Hawkes, John Wesley Harding and recorded by Chesney Hawkes. Produced by Nik Kershaw and Alan Shacklock, the single was Hawkes's follow up to the one-hit wonder "The One and Only" that featured in the film Buddy's Song starring Hawkes as Buddy and Roger Daltrey (of rock band The Who) as his father.
