Ivan Belozertsev
Ivan Aleksandrovich Belozertsev (Russian: Ива́н Алекса́ндрович Белозе́рцев; born 15 September 1958, Baranovo, Oryol Oblast) is a Russian politician, governor of the Penza Oblast since 21 September 2015 (Acting Governor from 25 May 2015[1]), was elected governor, winning in the first round elections 13 September 2015, gaining 86.04% (588,265) of the votes.
