Jack Rayner (runner)

Jack Rayner (born 19 December 1995) is an Australian long-distance runner. In 2015 he won the Australian national championships in the 3000m.[1] In 2018 he won the half marathon national championships in the Sunshine Coast.[1] Later on in 2018, Jack won the inaugural half marathon Commonwealth championships in Cardiff in a time of 1:01:01.[2]

In October 2019 he was one of forty-one pacemakers in the Ineos 1:59 Challenge, where Eliud Kipchoge successfully became the first person to run the marathon distance in under 2 hours.[3]

Rayner is part of the Melbourne Track Club.[4]
