Jakub Otruba
Jakub Otruba (born 30 January 1998) is a Czech racing cyclist, who currently rides for UCI Continental team Elkov–Kasper.[1] He rode for Elkov–Author in the men's team time trial event at the 2018 UCI Road World Championships.[2]
