James is an upcoming Indian Kannada language action film written and directed by Chethan Kumar, produced by Kishore Pathikonda, and starring Puneeth Rajkumar and Priya Anand .[1][2][3][4]

Production

The film is being produced by Kishore Pathikonda under the banner Kishore Productions.[2] The film started roll from 19 January 2020 in Bengaluru.[5] The Second schedule of the film started from 14 October 2020 in Hampi.[6]

Casting

The female lead role was initially offered to Nidhhi Agerwal she opted not to work citing dates issue, while Pooja Hegde also refused the offer citing her Commitment to Prabhas's Radhe Shyam.[7] Later the team finalised to bring Priya Anand on board.[8][9][10] The makers also announced that Srikanth, Aditya Menon and Anu Prabhakar will be seen in prominent roles.[11][12]

Music

Charan Raj is composing the music for the film.[1]
