Johanna Mäki-Laine
Johanna Mäki-Laine (born 4 November 1979 in Helsinki) is a Finnish former long track speed skater, who was active between 1992 and 2010.[1]

As a junior she became seven times junior national champion and participated at the 1997, 1998 and 1999 World Junior Speed Skating Championships. At elite level Mäki-Laine represented her nation five times at the European Speed Skating Championships: in 1999 (finishing 20th overall), in 2001 (did not finish), in 2002 (finishing 24th overall), in 2004 (finishing 25th overall) and in 2005 (finishing 24th overall).[2] She also competed at other international competitions, including at ISU Speed Skating World Cups.[2] She set a Finnish speed skating record in the 2x 500 metres in February 1997.
Between 1996 and 2010 she had a total of 59 starts at national championships. She became 35 times national champion. Furthermore she won 13 silver and 3 bronze medals at national championships.[2]
