Jonas Folger

Jonas Folger (born 13 August 1993) is a professional motorcycle racer contracted as a test-rider in the MotoGP World Championship with the Yamaha Factory Racing for the 2019 season.[1][2] He withdrew from the 2018 season with the Tech3 Yamaha satellite team due to illness, having been diagnosed with Gilbert's syndrome.[3] Yamaha Europe Racing team boss Lin Jarvis confirmed Folger would not enter any races as a wildcard during 2019.[1]

In the 2009 125 World Championship Jonas Folger took his first podium and was Rookie of the Year. In 2011 he moved to Aki Ajo's team taking his first win and two more
