Kaivalya Kumar Gurav
Pandit Kaivalya Kumar Gurav is a third generation singer from the Kirana Gharana (singing style) of Indian classical music.[1][2][3]

Early life
Panditji belongs to a musician’s family. His grand father was a disciple of Bhaskar Buva Bhakle in the first instance and then from Ustad Abdul Karim Khan founder of Kirana Gharana. Training under Ganapatrao Gurav, Pt Sangameshwar Gurav Panditji’s father and guru was a doyen well known for singing in true Kirana Gharan tradition. His father groomed Panditji in vocal skills. Pt. Kaivalyakumar started his musical career with Marathi Natyasangeet and then entered to Khayal singing. Started at the age of 15 Panditiji realised the time lost. Practiced day and night and became a vocalist of Kirana Gharana.
Educational Qualification
Diploma in Civil Engineering, BCom, BA, MA in music with gold medal from Karnataka University Dharwad.
Career
He has several albums to his credit. He is the youngest Hindustani Classical vocalist to get a top grade by 'All India Radio' (India’s national radio channel) and 'Doordarshan' (India’s national television channel).[4]
Gurav has performed in the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Canada, Singapore, Australia, Dubai, Muscat, and Qatar.[5]
