Career

During the 2019 season, Kasma Daniel raced in FIM CEV Repsol Moto2 for SIC Intact GP team partnering Matthias Meggle[2][3]

He has also raced in FIM CEV Repsol Moto3 and became a wildcard in Moto3 in 2017.

In 2019, Kasma Daniel attended the VR46 Rider Academy Master Camp Training with Valentino Rossi in Italy. [4]

In 2020, Kasma Daniel was promoted to the Moto2 championship with "Onexox TKKR SAG Team" after an amazing season in FIM CEV Repsol Moto2, he would ride a year-old spec Kalex Machinery as his team struggled with financial issues.[5] He is known for his crashes during the 2020 season, being the rider with the most number of crashes in the world championship during the year 2020.[6] However, these crashes happened as he had push hard to make up the pace deficit that he had riding his year-old machinery which was around 0.7-0.9 seconds to the riders with 2020-spec machinery.[7]

For 2021, he was still contracted with SAG Team and was going to race under the name of "Pertamina Mandalika SAG Racing Team" and was forecasted to improve as he would have had gotten new machinery from 2021 onwards as his team's new management aimed to challenge for the team's title. However, he was dropped off from the team on mutual consent and was replaced by Bo Bendsneyder. He is still negotiating to be in other series till date.
