Kavaklıdere, İzmir
Kavaklıdere is a village in Bornova district of İzmir Province, Turkey. At 38°27′N 27°19′E it is only 7 kilometres (4.3 mi) east of Bornova which is actually a part of Greater İzmir. It is situated to the south of Belkahve Pass and Turkish state highway
D.300 which connects İznir to Ankara. The population of Kavaklıdere is 2801 [1] as of 2011. Most of Kavaklıdere residents work in city services in İzmir and elsewhere.
