Kintampo District
Kintampo District is a former district that was located in Brong-Ahafo Region of Ghana.[1] On 12 November 2003, Kintampo South District was split off by a decree of president John Agyekum Kufuor; thus the remaining portion has been since then officially called Kintampo North Municipal District. The district assembly was located in the southern part of Brong-Ahafo Region and had Kintampo as its capital town.
