Kunihiko Hidaka

Kunihiko Hidaka from The University of Tokyo, Tokyo, Japan was named Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) in 2012[1] for contributions to measurement and electrical insulation technologies in high voltage engineering.
