Kuttavum Shikshayum (2021 film)

Kuttavum Shikshayum (lit. 'Crime and punishment') is an upcoming Malayalam-language investigation action thriller film directed by Rajeev Ravi, starring Asif Ali in the lead role. The film revolves around a mysterious robbery in Kerala.[1][2] It is produced by Arun Kumar V R under the banner of Film Roll Productions in association with Collective Studios. The story is written by Sibi Thomas and Sreejith Divakaran.

Plot

Asif Ali plays the role of a cop who investigates the case, immediately after he takes over command in that area as the Circle Inspector of Police after a traumatic experience. The film travels from the lush green mountains of Idukki to the dry arid desert dunes of Northern India and portrays a thrilling and dangerous adventure by the Police officials.[3]

The principal production of the film was started in February 2020 and was anticipated to release around September 2020, but the release was postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.[4][5]
