Lada Zadonskaya
Lada Zadonskaya also written as Lada Zadonskaja (Russian: Лада Задонская; born 7 April 1986) is a Russian former long track speed skater, who was active between 2003 and 2017.[1]

Zadonskaya represented her nation at the 2006, finishing 24th overall.[2] She was a substitute at the 2014 Winter Olympics for women's 5000 meter event.[3] She also competed at other international competitions, including at ISU Speed Skating World Cups and 2007 Winter Universiade.[2]
Between 2005 and 2017 she had a total of 41 starts at national championships. At the national championships she won a total of 4 silver and 3 bronze medals.[2]
She is married with Russian speed skater Sergej Grjaztsov.[4]
