Lainie Frasier
Lainie Frasier, sometimes credited as Lainie Ferrante, is an American actress and voice actress, known primarily for voice acting.

She began her career at the age of four with a commercial for Winn's Variety Stores. She attended the University of Texas where she received a BFA in Acting with honors.[1]
Career
Frasier has done a few voices in anime, but is best known for voicing the role of Miles "Tails" Prower in Sonic the Hedgehog: The Movie and Raindevila in Wedding Peach.
She has also made a few appearances in live action film and television productions.
