Mahmood Ali-Balogun
Mahmood Ali-Balogun is a Nigerian filmmaker, cultural worker and the Managing director of Brickwall Communications Limited.[1] He directed the multiple award-winning film 'Tango With Me'.[2] He is the Chairman of the Audio Visual Rights Society (AVRS) of Nigeria (2).[3][4]
Early life and career
Mahmood Ali-Balogun was born on July 19th ,1959[5] and grew up in Northern Nigeria.[6] He is an Alumnus of University of Ife, now the Obafemi Awolowo University where he studied Dramatic Arts and specializing in film and television production.[7] Mahmood’s career has evolved over the years from being an actor,[8] to director,[7][9] producer,[7] industry leader,[7][10] film consultant[11] and ambassador in the Film making industry.[12]
